Readme for data set #1090 Title: Accompanying Dataset for 'An optically pumped magnetic gradiometer for the detection of human biomagnetism' Raw data are recorded at 837.1Hz with a 50Hz bandwidth filter. All sensor data was recorded on a Zurich MFLI Lock-in amplifier within the DAQ module on LabOne. There are two types of dataset: the data itself and the header. The data has no suffix, while the headers finish with '_header_00000' The data contains the recorded signal in 3 columns: 1. chunk (the trace), 2. Timestamp, 3. Value The header contains the recording's metadata. auxin0: Input voltage recording (unused) auxin1: Trigger signal from temperature probing interval. trigin2: Trigger signal noting the start of each chunk/trace. stream_shift: NMOR resonance frequency when multiplied by a gain factor of 14.2. MCG contains the heartbeat data from the sensor, as well as a reference magnetometer saved in .fif format, recorded at the same time. The sensor used in the paper is '['FL0101-BZ_CL']' which lies in the same direction as the gradiometer. MEG contains the auditory evoked field raw recording. Rejection contains 3 datasets corresponding to the 3 conditions outlined in the 'Performance' section of the paper. Each of these datasets contains a gradiometer and magnetometer run at different homogenous field strengths. Sensitivity contains the recording of the sensor with no applied fields as described in the paper.
