This transcription was made by the COMPAUL Project, funded between 2011-16 by a Starting Grant awarded to Dr H.A.G. Houghton under the European Union Seventh Framework Programme (FP7/2007-13 grant agreement 283302).
This transcription was made on a Vulgate base text, from online colour images at
Word divisions correspond to the Vulgate base text apart from 'et enim'. Rubrication within the running text is normally done by adding yellow spots. Initials of ekthesis-lines are usually red, once red and yellow at the beginning of chapter 16 (folio 279r, column 2). Without any difference in meaning the capitalized character "n" is written in two ways, once looking like "N", once looking like an enlarged "n", the same holds true for the capitalized "h". The capital "e" is usually written in a round way, rarely straight. Also the small character "d" is written in two different ways without a difference, either a more round one or a smaller tall one – both are found at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of a word.
