<data_prep_note>The mass spectrometry data included is in the format of raw files directly taken from the QExactive HF and Orbitrap Eclipse mass spectrometers. The spectroscopic data is provided within an Excel document.</data_prep_note>
<collection_method>The data was collected to supplement the manuscript entitled "Dissecting the functional behaviour of the differentially phosphorylated prolyl isomerase, Pin1". The methods of how the data was collected are detailed within the manuscript and its corresponding supporting information.

The mass spectrometry data was acquired on the Orbitrap HF and Orbitrap Eclipse mass spectrometers using nanoelectrospray ionisation sources. The spectroscopic readings were collected using a CLARIOstar Plus microplate reader.</collection_method>
