This survey was designed in accordance with a previously published protocol, available at https://www.periopprediction.co.uk/document-store. Each row is a unique respondent. The survey was open between January and March 2024. This dataset has been redacted from the original in order to render it fully anonymised - responses to demographic questions and freetext questions have been removed. No other data manipulation has occurred. The data was captured using the Qualtrics online platform, and is provided as a CSV file. The intention of making this dataset available is for the purpose of open science and transparency - it supports the findings reported in a manuscript currently submitted for academic publication.
