This dataset contains the source code and documentation for the "Risk Assessment Tool for RAAC Structures." The tool was designed and developed to assist engineers, researchers, and building managers in evaluating the risk associated with Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) in building structures. A key feature of this software is the translation and implementation of the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) guidance into a user-friendly, digital format. The tool enables users to systematically assess RAAC risks in accordance with IStructE recommendations, streamlining the evaluation process and supporting evidence-based decision-making. This project is a collaboration between Loughborough University, Imfuna Ltd, and the University of Birmingham. The package includes a web-based frontend, backend server, and a sample database. Full installation and usage instructions are provided in the included README file. The tool is intended to support research, professional practice, and building safety management.
