<keywords>RAAC, panel similarity, web application, data visualization, construction materials, civil engineering, building analysis, interactive tool, Chart.js, password protection, JavaScript, SQL integration, client-side authentication, HTML5, research software</keywords>
<note>The full source code, documentation, and user interface files for the RAAC Similarity Tool v1 are available in the private GitHub repository: https://github.com/lixuliu/raac_similarity_v1.git. An interactive, browser-based version of the application (index.html) is hosted via GitHub Pages at: https://lixuliu.github.io/raac_similarity_v1. Access to this interface is restricted and protected by a password.

Please refer to the included README.md file for technical specifications, setup instructions, and usage guidance. This deposit corresponds to version 1.0 of the tool, developed through a C-DICE industrial secondment, with funding and collaboration from Imfuna Ltd. The University of Birmingham acted as the contracting institution, and Loughborough University contributed as an academic partner.

The associated GitHub repository, listed under “Related Resources,” may continue to be updated beyond this archived version. Future releases may be distributed under different licensing or access terms as appropriate.</note>
This dataset represents version 1.0 of the RAAC Similarity Tool, developed during a C-DICE industrial secondment in collaboration with the University of Birmingham, Imfuna Ltd, and Loughborough University. Funded by C-DICE and Imfuna Ltd, the tool enables browser-based analysis of RAAC panel similarities using interactive charts and local data processing.

Designed for internal research and limited commercial use, it features a responsive interface, real-time analysis, and password-protected access. This version reflects the private GitHub repository at the time of deposit and serves as the official reference for reproducibility. Future updates may continue on GitHub under the project lead’s management.

<data_prep_note>This software was developed during a C-DICE industrial secondment involving the University of Birmingham (contract issuer), Imfuna Ltd (industry host), and Loughborough University (collaborating institution). The panel data used for analysis was extracted from a structured SQL database and prepared for visualization through client-side JavaScript logic. Data preprocessing included building-specific filtering, validation, and formatting to ensure compatibility with the web-based visualization modules. All data processing occurs locally within the browser to maintain data privacy. Access is restricted via a password-based client-side authentication system using local storage.</data_prep_note>
