This project is a web-based tool for the assessment and monitoring of Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) panels in buildings. It consists of a client-side application (for data entry and visualization) and a server-side application (for data processing, scoring, and storage). The client is built with vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, while the server uses Node.js and PostgreSQL. The tool enables standardized data collection, condition scoring, and reporting for RAAC panels.
