Original and processed data from the microarrays produced from an siRNA knockdown of CLEC14A in human umbilical vein cells (HUVEC). The siRNA was delivered to the cells via chitosan nanoparticles with a 48 hour incubation at 37 degrees. 100 nM siRNA was entrapped inside the nanoparticles.
