Climatological-mean data for three idealised climate model simulations with different descriptions of evaporation of water from land. In the file with suffix ‘dry-land’, land does not evaporate water, in ‘ocean-land’, land acts as an unlimited supply of water for evaporation, and in ‘bucket’ land is described as buckets that evaporate water until empty and are refilled by rainfall.
