The dataset archived here is that collected from an online study examining the effects of three brief stress mindset interventions (1. education, 2. imagery, 3. education with imagery) compared to a control group. Stress mindset was measured along with age and gender before participants were allocated to one of the four different groups. Participants then watched an online intervention based on their allocated group and were then reassessed on their stress mindset. Video engagement as well as ease of imaging (for the groups who received an imagery intervention) were also obtained following the intervention.
